As part of digital initiative , I work closely with the management on the product road map for Internet banking and Mobile banking domains and manage the demand for various squads. As a delivery lead manages the 3 scrum teams and making sure that agility is established while the delivery is being taken care.

> As part of delivery , managing 3 squads across the platform for Asia regions (Singapore, Indonesia and Hongkong) regions in various initiative

Description -

Global money is a global proposition for HSBC customers and non customers to manage, send and receive money internationally, using our easy to use, secure, cheaper and real time payment service.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Have been managing cards proposition across different markets around the globe. Successfully deployed cards product in UAE and EXPAT markets
• Co ordinate with technology teams and product teams to make sure the project objective are on track
• Extensive working experience with digital teams to build the front end and customer journey on global money application
• Responsible for end to end reconciliation process set up for cards
• Have good command over disputes charge backs and fraud management
• Have been closely working with various vendors like VISA, Idemia, Broadcom, Link
• Wallet provisioning set up like apple pay and Google pay and manage end to end reconciliation set up.
• Have been managing various stakeholders specific to different markets and track progress time to time
• Conduct weekly working groups with wider groups and track status and publish the reports to senior leadership
• Track capability features/RAID's on JIRA and maintain the confluence pages.
