· Provides Trainings to team for process understanding.

· Apply cost efficiency standards in setting the plan

· Determine Interior Project design specifications, standards, budget and timescales.

· Market Rate analysis and cost preparation.

· Manage team for the requirements to complete the task.

· Prepares and Estimates budget costs for construction by studying plans and specifications.

· Evaluates offers to purchase by site requirements, additions, and costing changes.

· Taking off quantities from Interior design drawings and prepare precise Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

· Compare the ID (Interior Design) BOQ with the actual site quantity (Residential and Commercial)

· Resolves cost differences by analysing and collecting information.

· Writes up and presents budgets, reports, and project plans.

· Develops bids for construction projects.

· Works closely with architects and other professionals.

· Navigates and understands building codes.

· Preparing & sending ID Quotations, BOQs, Technical Data Sheets etc

· Prepare and follow-up the documentation related to the Interior projects.

Prepare daily reports and share with Manager/Authority.
