• Inventory Management , MIS & SOP Development:
• SKU Profiling and quarterly updation
• ABC & XYZ analysis on Inventory
• Inventory Control and Inventory ageing analysis
• Monitor & Correct inventory at warehouse level & also ensure rotation & maximize the working capital
• Conducting regular physical count, PI, reconciliation of stock monthly & Stock Updation in SAP
• Carton Boxes arrangement as per requirement
• Consumed stock (i.e.-CBB Boxes /Stickers /Tape etc.) removal from SAP post approval from management
• Monthly Location transfers for Expired & Liquidation for nearby expiry material through CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)
• Ensure timely delivery & monitoring the transit Norms
• Controlling in transit damages/shortages, insurance claim processing
• Handling day to day warehouse operation queries
• DTMS (Transport Management system )Handling
• Work with Cross functional teams for liquidation of ageing stock
• Plan and coordinate product distribution activities
• Maintain distribution and monitor pending shipments
• Work to develop the SOP whenever required with proper UAT.

Achivement:-

▪ Automation of various manual activities like Consignment Issuance Process, sales return, Carton Indenting Process, through SAP & E Bidding process for Disposal etc.

▪ Drafted & implemented various SOP (SIT Process-Shortage/Excess//Defective stock /Consignment etc).

Freed up working capital more than 10cr (from closed WHs, blocked inventory, dead stock clearance etc.)

▪ SKU Profiling and quarterly updation of same.

▪ ABC & XYZ analysis on Inventory.

▪ Inventory Control and Inventory ageing analysis.

• Primary responsibility was to manage Distribution Planning for domestic shipments; reporting to the SCM Sr
• Manager
• Inventory Planning:
• Assistance Demand forecasting
• Routine coordinate with the line managers responsible for production, warehouse, logistics & distribution for SCM
• Close coordination with sales & Marketing for special price liquidation
• VSA (Vendor schedule agreement) creations for warehouse to Warehouse or vendor to Warehouse etc
• Create advance shipment notification (ASN) on dispatch from vendors or co-makers
• MIS reports on opening, closing stocks and agreed sales plan based on stocks availability
• Logistics Management:
• Manage logistics planning and distribution
• Route Creation and mapping the customers
• Managed & monitored daily transport schedule as per shared plan; ensured on-time & 100% accurate delivery
