• Supplier Management & Audits:
  Conduct supplier audits and approvals, including periodic process audits and tool management evaluations. Monitor supplier performance through structured rating systems and ensure timely approvals of Supplier PPAPs and AOI submissions.
• Quality Problem Solving & Review:
  Lead Fast-Tracking Response Board meetings for critical issues. Facilitate weekly quality review meetings to coordinate and track CAPA implementation. Address customer complaints with timely and effective CAPA submissions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process & Product Assurance:
  Perform in-house process and product audits. Oversee initial product inspection approvals and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the production lifecycle.
• Customer Interface & Compliance:
  Manage customer PPAP submissions through online portals and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements. Verify and approve raw material, MS (Material Specification), and ES (Engineering Specification) testing reports on a periodic basis.
• Continuous Improvement & Team Leadership:
  Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain consistency within the quality team. Contribute to process enhancements and foster a culture of proactive quality management.

• Leadership & Strategy:
  • Forefront quality assurance and control functions across the organization.
  • Lead technical review meetings (TRMs) with cross-functional teams (CFT) to resolve critical or complex quality issues.
  • Conduct regular (weekly/monthly) quality reviews within the department to assess performance and drive accountability.
• Defect Prevention & Problem Solving:
  • Reduce in-house PPM by identifying and addressing top rejection trends using Pareto analysis.
  • Apply structured problem-solving tools such as 7QC tools, 8D methodology, and 5W1H.
  • Ensure effectiveness of countermeasures and take action to prevent recurrence by updating PFMEA and control plans.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and develop robust CA/PA strategies for every defect.
• Process Control & Compliance:
  • Lead APQP documentation and execution for prototype and pilot builds.
  • Oversee inspection of prototype and pilot runs, and manage action plans through to closure.
  • Conduct and ensure adherence to customer specifications and requirements throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Ensure metrological control through periodic Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and instrument calibration.
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
  • Drive kaizen activities, implement visual control systems, and promote foolproofing (Poka-Yoke) techniques.
  • Promote Quality Control Circles (QCCs) and foster a culture of continuous improvement across departments.
