• Resourcing, screening, and short listing resumes through various job portals or else internal reference, head hunting.
• Short listing the resumes based on desired skills and experience.
• Advertising vacancies, screening, and short-listing resumes.
• Preparing the search strings in multiple ways.
• Sourcing the profiles for different job portals (Naukri, Monster, Time jobs, Shine, Facebook, LinkedIn, GitHub etc.) and mailing & calling the candidates.
• Verify/ Identifying the documents.
• Formatting the resume and submitting to Client.
• Handled positions at entry-level/ middle and senior management level.
• Conducting telephone and personal interviews in coordination with department heads.
• Coordinating further rounds of interviews and all follow up action there after till closures.
• Interact and build good professional relationships with candidates / clients /consulting.
• Conducting Walk-in drives for volume hiring every week.
• Strong experience in vendor management firms. Minimum usage of vendors/partners, Application tracking system and stake-holder management.
• Worked effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about learning and committed to continual improvement.
• Handling various IT, Engineering services positions& different technologies and skills.
• Experience with USource Application Tracking System (ATS).
• Handling domestic and onsite positions according to need.
• Monitoring and maintaining database for immediate & future requirements.
• Generating reports on the database of candidates interviewed/selected /waitlisted.
• Preparing offer letter, employment contract and job descriptions, completing joining formalities and documentation.
