  • Prepare the purchase order and submitted to finance for the payments.
  • Coordinate between finance department and the vendors for uninterrupted supply of spares for the maintenance.
  • Keep-up records of calibration of tools and precision instruments and sending them for periodic calibration.
  • Check the incoming parts and their documentation and if satisfactory, sign the stores acceptance tag.
  • Maintain the Store (Bonded, quarantine, tools, chemical and fuel e) as per compliance for DGCA guidelines.
  • Received serviceable, repairable, cannibalizing, Robbing & swapping aircraft parts & component from engineering department.
