2. Worked as a Project Director/ Project Head in IL&FS Engineering and Construction Co Ltd.: From 17 Feb-14 to 31 May 23.

· Construction of Palm Terraces Select Project. Sector 66 Gurgaon as a Project Head-Project consisting of 12 towers with 02 level basements, 274 no’s 3 BHK units, Project costing Rs 144 Cr.

· Construction of Villa Marbella Project, Sector 66 Gurgaon, as a Project Head, Project Consisting of 151 no’s high-end villas, project costing Rs 245 Cr.

· Construction of Ireo Gurgaon Hills, as a Project Head, having 04 towers of 22 to 26 stories each with one level basement, structure completed with aluminum shuttering with 7 days cycle repetition time. Project costing Rs 250 Cr.

· Construction of Aanand Vilas Sector 81, Faridabad. as a Project Head, Project consisting of 12 towers with 02 basement & 512 flats, project costing @ Rs 120 Cr.

· Construction of Elevated viaduct Corridor from Convention Centre to P5 (4.0 Km viaduct including 4 stations) at Surat Metro under GMRCL. Costing- Rs 350.00 Cr.

· Construction of Viaduct Corridor from Interface Point with Gyaspur Depot, that is, Abutment of Depot to APMC Metro Rail Station to Shreyas Metro-Rail station all inclusive of elevated Via-duct portion from chainage (-) 1374.50 to (+) 3246.50 m and Elevated Metro Stations (Four Numbers) Viz. 3. Worked as a Sr Project Manager in B.E.BILLIMORIA & CO LTD. Ireo victory valley project, Gurgaon. (From 1st Nov 11 to 15-FEB-14) Construction of tower of G+34 Storied, two tower G+7 ,Two towers G+3 and three duplex .Total construction area of the project is nearly 78000 m2.Total project cost is around 100 Crs ,with nearly 38000cum concrete,5700 MT steel .Construction of tower structure with aluminum formwork which repeat the slab cycle between 10 to 15 days with high level quality and safety standard.

4. Worked as a Project Manager in Omaxe Infrastructure & Construction Ltd. (from 1st July 09 to 30th Oct 2011) Construction of 500 bedded Govt Hospital & medical college building at Saharanpur, U.P. Medical college is spreaded in over 62 acres of land and cost of Rs 491 Cr tender job under the control of UPRNN (Govt of U.P).

Costing Rs 427 Cr.

5. Worked as a Dy Project Manager in BEBANCO NORTHERN CONTRACTS LTD. (A Subsidiary of B.E.BILLIMORIA & CO LTD, MUMBAI)– (from 29 Oct 07 to 30TH march 09) Construction of multiplex complex which has a Mall , multiplex, Casting around 100Cr located at Lucknow. Having a 3 level basement parking, 6 stories retail shop Total 5.5 lakhs Sqft construction area. With high level and new concept of structural design (flat and post tensioning based slabs),using RMC Concrete. Costing – Rs 100 Cr.

6. Worked as Sr Engineer – (Civil and Safety) with CERULEAN CHEMICALS PVT LTD, Kanpur, from 15.12.05. to 24-07-07. I was worked with cerulean chemicals pvt ltd as a Sr Engineer (civil & safety), the company produces Basic chromium sulphide which is used in leather industries. The product is very hazardous and the crome ulceration is listed as a occupational disease in factory act 1948. Here I am responsible for their construction of new administrative building & maintenance of old buildings and also looking the safety of the organization. Here I am responsible for monitoring the work environment by the various methods, carried out the internal safety audits, investigation of accidents, audit the work permit system, hazard identification, conduct the various training programme, control of noise pollution, control of environmental pollution, fire prevention and control, find out the occupational disease. Maintain the record of all types of accidents and calculate the time lost and find out the direct and indirect cost of accident. Including negotiations with contractors, measurements, billings, co-ordination with architect etc.

Costing-Rs 36 Cr.

7. Worked as Project Engineer with ANSAL, New Delhi from 05.12.2000 to 07.11.2005. Constructed twin G+ 13 storied building at Susant Lok at Gurgoan total 156 flats in both the towers. A 6 flats on each floor .(3 nos 2 bed room flat and 3 nos of 3 bed room flats) constructed area nearly 395000 Sqft.these towers was constructed over raft foundation and identical flats in each story. All the structural work completed in record estimated time with rich internal and external specification .In internal specification Marble flooring in rooms, pop punning in walls & ceiling, pop cornice and molding and designer toilets with plumbing and sanitary fittings . Kota and marble combination in common passage, granite wall cladding in lift area. Viniratex (Madrasi Dana) in external walls in elevation. Execution of electrical conduits, wiring, DB, JB, Panels, fittings etc. including activity Planning, Billing, dealing with contractors.

Construction of Ansal’s shopping Arcade at Susant Lok, with nearly 720 shops in five wings. About 294400 Sqft construction area. There was 5 wings and I was the Engineer-in charge of 2 wings and executed the structure and finished the arcade in schedule time.

Construction of independent row housing (Duplex) at Susant lok , Gurgaon.

8. Worked as Sr. Field Engineer with JAYPEE Hotels Ltd, AGRA. from 09.06.1997 to 30.11.2000. Constructed JAYPEE Palace Hotel at Fatehabad Road, Agra .It was a 174 Cr. 5 -Star Hotel cum International Conventional Center. Spread over 25 acres of land. with 350 suits, two garden courts (Mughal court and Oval court), one swimming pool, gymnasium with sauna and Jacuzzi bath, one presidential suit which views the Taj Mahal, 6 restaurants, lounge, reception etc. where I worked as a Sr. field engineer and In- charge of 200 suits including the presidential suit, one link bridge, one Mughal court and various water bodies. I executed various types of designer floorings and wall cladding with Marble, Granite, Yellow Jaiselmer, Kota, Udaipur green stones. Various types of false ceiling like wooden and aluminum framed plaster of Paris (gypsum powder). POP punning in walls and ceiling, designer cornice and moldings in walls, high textured paintings, wood wok in vestibule areas, designer doors & window and designer toilets attached with suits plumbing and sanitary fittings and many more. I also executed electrical conduting, distribution box, junction box, AC ducting, fan coil units (F.C.U), air handling units (A.H.U), fire alarm system, smoke detectors, sprinklers, lifts, lightings and landscaping.

9. Worked as Site Engineer with R.D.S Project Limited, New Delhi from 01.05.1994 to 31.05.1997. Constructed HQ of D.G.B.R at Narayana Delhi. It was a prestigious project of military engineer services costing around Rs 9.39 Crores . The building is in diamond shape with Basement +3 storied situated on the small mount and construction area approx. 3,68,500 Sqft. The complete layout of the building was given by me with the help of theodolite. It was constructed over raft foundation framed structure with rich specifications. High standard finishing with marble, Kota stone flooring and plastic painting in walls.
