- Optimize the margin collateral with brokers by ensuring optimal buffers.
- Manage day-to-day processing of various tasks, and manage risk effectively, adhering to SLAs for the process.
- Respond to and manage incoming queries and ad hoc requests across multiple stakeholders, and resolve all disputes.
- Efficiently carrying out weekly and monthly reconciliations for all the prime brokerage agreements, making sure everything is in line and reporting to senior management if anything breaks.
- Significantly contributed in process transformation, revising SOPs, and smoother implementation of the new process from T+2 to T+1 for the prime brokerage product.
- I oversee third-party accounting and make sure it is processed as per agreed SLAs.
