Provide comprehensive contracting support from start to closure for Accenture's UKINA region. Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of sales and contractual documents, such as MSAs, CSAs, RFPs, statements of work, BPO outsourcing and subcontract agreements, local country agreements, proposals, change orders, teaming agreements, NDAs, and software license agreements.
- Contracting: Managed end-to-end negotiations for deals exceeding $50 million, including Capco deals ranging from $100 million to over $200 million, encompassing complex elements like TUPE transfer, regulated scope, and operations across more than 20 countries.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinated with senior business stakeholders, deal teams, solution architects, finance, HR, and external clients/subcontractors for client/vendor negotiations.
- Process Improvement: Led transformation activities, enhancing the CLM platform, and automating the risk waiver process.
- Risk Mitigation: Developed risk mitigation strategies, provided relevant advice, and maintained an issues list for deal or delivery teams.
- Coaching & Mentoring: Trained and mentored contracting professionals and legal function teams.
- Legal Research: Conducted extensive legal research to support case preparation and provide accurate advice to clients.
- Compliance Advisory: Advised businesses on compliance issues, reducing risk exposure, and potential financial liabilities.
