• Prepare preliminary and detailed structural design (including structural models, structural drawings and structural calculation reports using manual calculation/software programs like ETABS & STAAD) for precast/prestressed/cast-in-situ concrete structures and steel structures
• Coordination with various departments (estimation, procurement, draughting, MEP, HVAC, site execution and quality control) in all stages of the project
• Ensure compliance of design with relevant local and international codes & attend technical meetings for approval of drawings/documents by client, relevant local government bodies, town planning officials, third party consultants
• Make sure the timely completion of the assigned design projects, proper documentation of drawings and reports as well as archiving as-built drawings, models and reports
• Documentation of engineering deliverables as per ISO standards
• Interpretation and analysis of geotechnical and geophysical investigation reports
• Provide technical assistance from tender stage to completion of project
• Provide optimized design to meet the estimate
• Proof checking structural models, drawings and design reports prepared by external consultants
