- Lead the team of 8 Territories and 3 POs, execute sales campaigns, ensure achievement of agreed annual sales targets and delivery of quantitative and qualitative objectives assigned
- Focus on the required demand generation activity with farmers for the growth of revenue in Sales in across territories.
- Work with the trade to ensure forecasting, timely availability and liquidation of stock in the channel and ensuring timely collections
- Identify the right target segments and focus on the grower value propositions which are supported by the required marketing promotional activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and key influencers in the region
- Develop team members, coach and guide Territory Managers and other MO/POs by on job coaching
- All sales, liquidation, collection and other assigned tasks I am performed with bulletproof delivery.
