- Monitoring the health of around 150+ XenApp servers via SCOM and director

- Monitor the failures of cloud machines and troubleshoot for the root cause.
- Perform troubleshooting activities and profile renaming in the Azure portal as part of troubleshooting.
- Monitor the resource performance and status in both the Citrix cloud portal and the Azure portal.
