UK Vodafone Project (Earlier):
Worked as a Quality Check Engineer on the Site Engineering UK Vodafone Project.
Serving as a primary customer-facing representative with regard to their ongoing site build and planning requirements.
Responsible for customer satisfaction in terms of the quality of the network, and holding routine communication with the customers.
Need to check Antenna/ERS and Baseband configuration as per the provided Configuration Code from the Radio Planner.
Need to coordinate and discuss multiple failure issues regarding site planning and build.
Support for VSWR, RSSI, RET, LINK, UL/DL LOSS Troubleshooting and troubleshoot alarms after post activity.
Doing Pre and Post health checkup for LTE sites & bridge Support to Crew,. Finding out different alarms on site, Close monitoring of Failing/Degradation of VSWR, RSSI, Return Loss, Downlink Loss, Uplink Loss, SFP Checkup, TMA Status, Downlink Attenuation, Lock/Unlock Carriers as per request of crew
