• Customized Global Manufacturing System (GMS) in DELMIA V6 to optimize digital manufacturing workflows for the VMC product line
• Conducted functional testing of custom toolbars and enhancements within the DELMIA environment
• Created and executed test cases, and reported issues for resolution using Jira
• Performed PCS testing to assess CAD loading performance and visualization in 3D Space using Product Finder Editor

• Designed assembly fixtures and gauges for the DUV 596 (FCA) project, improving overall assembly quality. Projects handled include HONDA 31XARCL, YTB FCL (Suzuki), 556 MCA HL (FCA), E-15 Air Intake Manifold. Currently working on TATA Nexon MCE-2 and Light Module.
• Improved productivity of the assembly line using Lean Manufacturing tools.
