Here are the typical roles and responsibilities associated with my position: - Product Architecture: Participating in the design and architecture of the RPA product, ensuring it is scalable, maintainable, and extensible to accommodate future enhancements
Development and Coding: Writing high-quality, efficient, and well-documented code to implement new features, functionalities, and enhancements in the RPA product
Code Reviews: Conducting code reviews to ensure coding standards are followed, and code quality is maintained across the development team
Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensuring the product is thoroughly tested to meet quality standards
Overseeing the creation and execution of test plans and test cases to validate the product's functionality
Documentation: Involvement in technical documentation, user guides, and API documentation to assist users, developers, and support teams in understanding the product
Security and Compliance: Ensuring the product meets security standards and complies with data privacy regulations
Implementing secure coding practices to protect sensitive data
Release Management: Assisting in the planning and coordination of product releases, ensuring a smooth deployment process, and monitoring the product's performance in the production environment
Customer Support: Providing technical support to customers, addressing their issues, and assisting in resolving problems related to the RPA product
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identifying areas for product improvement and proposing new features or enhancements to meet market demands and customer feedback
Collaboration: Working closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
Mentorship and Leadership: Mentoring junior developers, guiding them on best practices, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment within the development team.
