I am working as Senior Executive for Barclays and below listed are my day to day duties.

• Documented, published and updated administrative and executive procedures and practices and established internal communication processes for COLE BX India Department.
• Oversaw office inventory activities by ordering and requisitions and stocking and shipment receiving.
• Established workflow processes, monitored daily productivity and implemented modifications to improve overall performance of personnel.

My Day to days activities include.

• Prepared schedule for back-office tasks and employees' daily functions for First Source Employees.
• Maintained daily updated calendars to assist management team in scheduling associates and external customers for meetings.
• Scheduled and participated in regular meetings with staff to review progress for Compliance & policy procedure.
• Advised on technical improvements to increase production and efficiency of employees.
• Oversaw recruitment of new staff, training and induction.

• Reviewed loan files and updated to match current standards.
• Worked with onshore underwriters to fix application problems and resolve issues.
• Oversaw scheduling of timely loan closing to satisfy home builder and borrower needs.
• Fielded customer complaints and provided solutions.
• Explained different types of loans pertaining to client situations.
• Successfully decreased real estate-owned inventory
• I was also promoted to complaint department handling criticals and urgent loan for citi mortgage

• I was working as Office Executive and used to maintained the billing process of British Telecom Clients
• I used to attend the office billing calls and prepare presentation to clients on services and calculate & prepare estimate cost of the projects and used to take necessary approval from government by filing off mandate form for wipro.
• I used to prepare web presentation on behalf of companies for services and also used to follow up clients for services.

• My work is to work for various data of Insurance clients and used to generate leads for my company and also used to present our services through web based presentation to president & vice presidents of LLP companies and to sell our insurance product to employees.

• Researched sales opportunities and possible leads to exceed sales goals and increase profits for my company.
