Leading "Productivity Excellence" team for Google One and Photos. It consists of 28 engineers and 3 different pods.

• Led cross-functional teams to deliver innovative engineering solutions to improve productivity across teams.
• One of the initial teams to leverage AI solutions to help reduce developer friction by more than 55% in pre-submit stage and reduce build time by more than 60%.
• Streamlined project management processes, enhancing collaboration and communication across departments which helped in overcoming the reliance on QA team for minor launches and hence speeding up the launches.
• Led infra development to help developers reduce feedback loop by ~80%, from ~2 hours to less than 20 mins.
• Mentored junior engineers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing within the team. Grew 5 engineers to senior engineers in last 3 cycles. Zero attrition in last 2 years. High MRS rating - 4.53.

Lead "Partner Experience" charter at Myntra. It consisted of 25+ engineers and 4 different pods. This team acts as the owner of any partner-related information and manages the entire journey of partners on Myntra.

• Vendor Management Service, Terms, Onboarding Service, Partner Portal and IRIS Portal are a few major systems which are owned by my team.
• Drove and pushed first open source module of Myntra.
• Grew and mentored 3 new EMs in my team. High talent retention.
• Solved many partner focussed problem which helped in improving NPS by 100% over the last 3 years.
• Drove infra cost optimization initiative across the BU to reduce it by ~30%.

• Worked with the front-end team and developed a framework to develop a bot which could play rummy against human/bot on cocos game client using a unique approach.
• Developed various tools for in-house projects.
• Also led a team of engineers working on different backend modules for the front-end team.

• Ownership of the module - “Who viewed your profile” (Mirror).
• Contributed to the legacy framework being used at LinkedIn.
• Initiated performance validations and backend API automation at LinkedIn and also trained other engineers on the same.

• “Package Discovery Services” (PDS) which was being used to search packages depending upon user inputs and by making corresponding downstream calls and then collating the data to prepare packages.
• “Package Booking Services” which was being used to change/cancel existing booked packages.

• Worked on various messaging platforms: Push to Talk (PTT), SMS, MMS, PUSH, Provisioning Messages, CMAS, Exchange Active Sync.
• Traveled and worked in Chile for 6 months in collabration with Nextel operator to develop and support deployment of push to talk (PTT) feature. Worked in China (Shanghai) for 7 months with the product team.
