In June 2019 got promoted as a Relationship Manager and my role was to handle the team of 7 to 8 numbers of people and guide them to achieve the target very easily, provided guidance and instruction to a working team about their specific role to achieve their given targets very easily, overseeing progress towards goals, and coaching team members as needed
- Always guided the team members to the right direction whether it is about the data, daily sales tracker, CRM, Products and also taught them how you can pitch to the client, how you can give service to them so they can easily give you the renewal
- I maintained the Excel sheet of each and specific roles, targets, renewal, revenue and more of targeted customer and guided the team members as well for the same
- I ranked on the top of the Pan India list of manager in year 2020 and 2021 in the term of generating revenue per client, renewal and our team got awarded for the same
