As a Platform Product SME for the Treasury Cash and Banking (TCB) team, I am at the forefront of the transformation journey from ECC to S/4HANA. My role involves leading key initiatives and managing coordination with cross-functional teams, including the Engineering team, Business Process Owners (FPO), and business CoE leads, while working closely with PTP, OTC, and TAX teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment.

I am responsible for managing major releases, including the successful go-live of 87 countries in October 2024, and overseeing minor releases aimed at business function improvement. Leading the TCB team through these complex releases, I ensure the delivery scope is met and support the transition to production. In addition, I actively mentor team members involved in Business Readiness testing, post-go-live hypercare support, and the transition to the AMS team for ongoing production support.

Currently, I am leading the transformation of the In-House Cash (IHC) module from ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring that the migration aligns with business goals while optimizing cash management processes for greater efficiency.

• Managed revenue models, process flows, operations support and customer engagement strategies.
• Managed onsite personnel and liaised between team from various geographical location and senior management.
