  • Analyze boiler water, superheated steam, feed water, condensate water, raw water, clarified water, cooling water, UF, RO, and DM water samples.
  • Operate and monitor condensate polishing units, RO-DM plants, PT-RO-DM systems, and related water treatment facilities.
  • Conduct coal analysis and support documentation requirements in an NABL-accredited coal laboratory environment.
  • Support IMS and EnMS requirements through systematic monitoring, reporting, documentation, and compliance-focused plant chemistry practices.
  • Optimize feed water chemical dosing and maintain chemistry parameters within prescribed limits.
  • Coordinate with CCR and operations teams during boiler light-up, commissioning, and plant operating activities.
  • Monitor SWAS and stator water chemistry parameters and ensure timely corrective action.
  • Prepare reagents, stock solutions, calibration standards, shift chemistry reports, and laboratory records.
  • Perform coal, fuel oil, lube oil, flue gas, hydrogen, and CO2 analysis as per plant requirements.
  • Support safe handling of chemicals, PPE compliance, and chlorine leak emergency preparedness.
