• Liaising with credit card operations, handling credit card forms, checking, and processing. Knowledge of legal documents as per Bank Standard Policy for CAF.

• Data entry and cross-check all the details with APS (HDFC Bank dedicated system portal to fill new CAF) for the next procedure to get the card at the customer's end.
• Report to QM for resolving errors in CAF.
  Maintain a basic database of credit cards on a daily basis, and keep a stock tally of submitted applications at the desk.
• Using HDFC Bank's dedicated customer data handling applications, like CRM and VYMO.

• Assist the Senior ICT Manager on any task given.
• Assist and supervise ICT vendors when carrying out tasks in the office.
• Maintain and handle office shared ICT devices.
  Deliver and set up the ICT devices/resources at the requested locations.
• Installation, testing and commissioning, maintenance, and repair of Windows systems. Provide server and network management.
