• Managing and monitoring deployment of On-roll(30 officers) and Off-roll (450 OMP’s) manpower of site.
• Attendance and billing of the On-roll and Off-roll manpower for timely salary credits.
• Identifying, Planning and organizing the L&D courses / trainings for On-roll and Off-roll manpower, required for smooth and effective operations.
• Planning, projection and getting approvals done for OPEX(3.5 Cr/annum) and CAPEX(1 Cr+/annum) budget.
• Procuring the materials for day-to-day operations by raising PR/PO/SCM etc.
• Inventory management of the materials and other billings.
• Reconciliation of material movement through IGP/OGP (35+ vehicles/day).
• Providing the data to PnC and central HR then and there required.
• Coordination with cross functions and other stake holders for various VIP/VVIP visits/events.

• Handling of Manpower Entry Permit Portals for EP Issuance(2000/day), EP Renewals(500/day) & Cancellation(800/day), duplicate issuance(200/day) (EPMS/OMPM/Labor works(SCRUM)).
• Handling and Monitoring Access Control Systems - PIAM & Euronet and Genetec.
• Handling of Vehicle Access Systems- VAP for 15000+ active VAP’s (Vehicle Access Permit) & SDP (Safe Driving Permit) – 20000+ drivers/equipment operators.
• Handling of IT Asset Entry/Exit Process System - Laptop Entry Permit System (250/day).

• Monitoring of active 10000+ Employee ID Cards creation and issuance.
• Single handedly monitoring 150+ Visitors Entry Permit creation, issuance and return reconciliation on daily basis.

• Responding in emergencies and supporting Fire Services as auxiliary fire squad for 03+ turnouts daily.
• Traffic handling of 350+ vehicle sorties daily.
• Evacuating people and taking head count at assembly points of 1500+ manpower engaged in activities.

• Patrolling of area/zone with 1500+ acres and Anti- Sabotage checks of 15+ Yards and Warehouses.
• Supervision and Reconciliation of documents with system entries for material inward and outward movement for 100+ vehicles.
