to streamline and enhance customer service. In this application different custom pages like settlements, CODR, USDTC, Corporate claims (Payable & Receivable) are designed using UI builder. This application helped bankers to easily track the cases raised by HNI customers for their valuable portfolio. Jefferies bank using this scope application for their bankers to easily track the cases.

Responsibilities:

  • Implemented the custom pages using CSM ServiceNow application.
  • Implemented widgets, dashboards, list view in scoped application with the help of UI builders for bankers.
  • Implemented scheduled jobs which will calculate aging of the cases.
  • Integration is implemented between ServiceNow and DAL layer which helps to fetch trade details.

  • Actively participated in ServiceNow product development and gained experience with the complete project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design,
    coding, code review, testing, and support.
  • Led a team of over 20 developers, alongside ServiceNow Business Analysts and Quality Assurance personnel.
    Designed a robust integration architecture to effectively manage multiple integrations.
  • Developed various out- of- the- box plugins for the ServiceNow product that interfaced with SAP ECC, SAP HANA, SAP Ariba, and SAP OData.
