Description: Using Customer Service Management (CSM) application on ServiceNow platform, we have implemented scoped application for bankers. The primary function is
to streamline and enhance customer service. In this application different custom pages like settlements, CODR, USDTC, Corporate claims (Payable & Receivable) are designed using UI builder. This application helped bankers to easily track the cases raised by HNI customers for their valuable portfolio. Jefferies bank using this scope application for their bankers to easily track the cases.

Description: As a part of this project, we have designed out- of- box spokes for ServiceNow. This whole project was with integration between ServiceNow & SAP and the domain was supply chain management. Using this scoped application, the user can create purchase orders, receipts, invoices from ServiceNow into SAP ECC & SAP HANA system.
