• Worked with Ministry of MSME, Ministry of Finance and the Government of Germany to devise a skill development and Employment generation program for the youths of Madhya Pradesh.
• Facilitated successful completion of project from concept to launch.
• Designed the architecture of the program which was launched as "LEARN AND EARN SCHEME" by the government of Madhya Pradesh later in August, 2023.
