• Knowledge of fabrication process of pressure vessels, heat exchangers and Welding processes.
• Preparing the Equipment dispatch schedule and circulating to shop in charges and tracking.
• Conducting meetings, presentations with clients, management, and shop floor and purchase dept, Payment follow-up with client.
• Prepare time extension & Extra claim letter.
• Supervising construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction and co-ordination with site management activities, creating breakdown structure, billing break-up and delivery Schedule.
• Continuously monitor the health status of the project and generate project status reports.
• Proactively drive changes & contractual entitlement through project communication (notifications, monthly progress report, schedule, formal letters etc).
• Recurrent & scheduled meetings/communication with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholder.
• Basic cost structure/WBS in place (high level categories); focus is on actual cost.
• Adopts a holistic approach to project closure, integrating scope verification, work package closure, and resource demobilization seamlessly.
• Actively seeks feedback and identifies areas for improvement in project closure processes.
• Documents are stored in accordance with the global structure and in the designated tool.
• Detailed cost structure in place; basic cost forecasting process in place.
• Demonstrate track record of improving project benefit (volume, margin) by pro-active change management.
• Basic risk register in place mainly focused on risks.
• Identifies issues, conducts basic analysis to determine root causes, addresses issues and seek solutions with the team, understands and follows predefined escalation procedures.
