• Daily Monitoring of AP & AR Outstanding & Ageings. Planning calls with teams for obstacles and issues.
• Market visits to Major B2B Customers for collections of overdue & settlements.
• Customers Due- Diligence for fixing S&D policy applicable for CD and Other discounts. Key pointers to management for decision on allocation of sales plan to customers
• Reviews with CFO & CEO for B2B Sales & Collection forecast for Cash Flow Management.
• Approve Invoices & Expenses & finalizing proceses & SOPs after review with Corporate Audit and Leadership Board.
• Internal Financial Controls & dashboards to management for Budget versus Actual and observations.
• Responsible for Accruals of variables and close monitoring and control over same.
• Responsible for process automation and customized reports.

Financial Closings & Audits:

• Monthly, quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly closure of books and signing off Trial Balances and responsible for visibility to management about compliance.
• Budget versus Actual positioning of Fixed & variable expenses and Weekly dashboard to concerned functions for visibility and control.
• Periodic review of P&L with CFO and CEO & key issues and suggestions.
• Ensuring SAP/ERP system accuracy and to put control measures for ensuring accounting as per required compliance.
• Responsible for System Audits and IT audits clearances from Corporate Audit and Assurance team.
• Review and refine existing dashboards to communicate the analysis to stakeholders and respond to their queries
• Responsible to Statutory Audits Quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly, Internal Audits, Cost Audits & Tax Audits.

Product Costing & Profitability Analysis:

• Drafting Standard Product Costing of all existing & new products and monitoring actual costs punched in systems.
• Dashboard to review for deviations between Standard Cost and Actual Cost.
• Visibility to Management for each Cost control component & areas in factories and Grey areas to focus & review.
• Weekly review with Factories Operation teams for productions & understanding control concerns facing by teams.
• To work closely with Pricing team & management for fixing pricing and schemes & giving visibility on margins.
• Responsible for setup in systems for all new product launches.

Statutory Compliance:

• Monthly Dashboard & review of Factories Compliances with Legal Team and Other Senior functional teams.
• Filing GST returns, Assessments & Audits.
• Spokesperson to handle Central & State bodies for GST, DIC, SIDCO, Income Tax.

Warnings & Early Indications:

• Responsible for escalation of any risk associated with Inventories management for controlling non moving/ slow moving items.
• Controlling Overdue, Doubtful & Bad Debts and involvement of Legal teams
• Ensure proper provisioning and review of same with management.

Creating Delight for teams and external Stake holders:

• Handling team of 7 across all factories.
• Responsible for team involvement and setting Goals and doing Appraisals and reviews. Recording Feedback to and fro.
• Addressing Queries of vendors, customers, departments and other stakeholders.
• Setting Development/ training programme for team & getting approval from CEO and HR.
• Support function role.
