• Experience with Alluvia - SAP Business One and eCommerce Integration Platform. Part of the REST API Team responsible for developing integrations between SAP Business One and various eCommerce platforms using Alluvia.
  Collaborated with merchants to gather requirements, analyzed APIs provided by eCommerce platforms, and implemented API consumption logic to fulfill business needs.
  Example contribution: implemented order retrieval and shipment update workflows by studying and integrating the store’s Orders and Shipments APIs, ensuring seamless synchronization between the merchant’s store and SAP Business One.

Internship – Service Tracking System (STS)

• Designed, developed, and maintained a Web API for tracking internal company services.
• Enabled real-time monitoring of service status, allowing users to check whether specific services were running and register additional services for tracking.

Post-Internship – Client Support & Troubleshooting

• Transitioned to client support role after internship completion.
• Handled troubleshooting and resolution of client-reported issues, ensuring minimal downtime and improved user experience.
