- Managing a team of 30 Trainers
- Responsible for managing training of 10 different processes
- Ensure the Throughput of the training is met in accordance with the organizations goal
- Training Content Creation
- People management
- Conflict Management
- Managing newer Workflow roll-out from the client's side and design the training based on the same
- Establishing newer projects from Training perspective/Client onboarding
- Daily, weekly, monthly reports
- Client interactions
- Oversee TNI/TNA
- Conduct interviews for freshers and experienced candidates
