• Handled various high-profile litigation cases before judicial forums and has represented various taxpayers before High Courts and Tax Tribunals involving the highly debated tax issues relating to transfer pricing adjustment for creation / development of marketing intangibles by Indian subsidiaries.
• Acted as a Counsel before Delhi High Court and ITAT on dispute related Marketing Intangibles.
• Acted as a Counsel before Delhi High Court for Lufthansa Cargo India relating to the issue, whether maintenance, overhaul and repair services of aircrafts outside India would qualify as Fee for Technical Services.
• Argued writs before Uttarakhand High Court for CGG Marine on the issue of assumption of jurisdiction for reopening of completed assessments.
• Argued writs and advised on GST in relation to Transitional credits, Anti-profiteering, and Place of supply.
• Representation before NCLT/ NCALT regarding Companies Law governing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) of companies and body corporates.
