• Tracked and monitored purchase orders, deliveries and invoicing to verify accuracy and compliance.
• Monitored vendor performance for compliance with contract terms and quality standards.

• Implemented cost saving initiatives such as WH Space consolidation & comprehensive Manpower optimization worth INR 3.51 Cr
• As part of Automation, designed a robust process flow for end-to-end tracking system for RSNR movements through a webbased portal, resulting in real-time visibility and improved accuracy.
• During COVID-19 tenure – Around 1709 shipments which were stuck up with Courier Partners were minimized to 100 shipments within a span of 30 days (25 March 2020– 25 April 2020)
