My career objective is to broaden my experience and skills in Content Creation, Assessment Development, E-Learning, Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Course Development, Training and Assessing and Resource Management space utilising Knowledge in Information Technology, Networking, Web Development, Digital Media, Business Analysis, Project Management, and Broadband Network industry sectors in an online environment. By planning, directing and managing activities of an organisation to ensure technical documents, meet standards and with industry network and utilisation of resources or any other function where business and technology needs, would use research, knowledge and analytical, academic investigation skills. With experience and understanding of documentation, implementation systems maximise efficiency and ensure ethical and legal business conduct. Responsibilities
▪ Design the structure of a program using pre-existing resource materials.
▪ Develop a delivery schedule and sequential plan for program delivery.
▪ Assist and coordinate Training and Assessment Strategies development.
▪ Identify and collaborate with any Industry partners for input into Training and Assessment Strategies.
▪ Review resource materials, with minor adaptations, customisation where required.
▪ Develop Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for training and development of resources and assessment.
▪ Ensure training material for qualifications on the organisation's scope as per the training packages of qualifications.
▪ Review and revise training and assessment resources and documentation.
▪ Liaise and coordinate activities with subject matter experts (SMEs), vendors, industry consultants and other departments.
▪ Provide support for the courses about developing learning materials and assessments, facilitating training and evaluation.
▪ Assist in the development and reediness of systems for the organisation's scope of registration:
o Certificate III in Information Technology
o Certificate III in Screen Media
o Certificate IV in Project Management
Responsibilities
▪ Update resources used to deliver Competency-Based Training programs.
▪ Competency mapping of resources performance and knowledge indicators.
▪ Support the transition of the current PUA competency training package to align with PUA19.
▪ Design and develop of RPL assessment packs for assessors and learners.
▪ Design and development of delivery guides for trainers and reference guides for learners.
▪ Adopt principles of adult learning and instructional design and apply best practices.
▪ Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), vendors, industry consultants and other departments.
▪ Develop Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for training and development of resources and assessment.
Responsibilities
▪ Grade student assessments completing all necessary documentation per Institute’s policies and procedures
▪ Participate in and implement continuous improvement for the courses using Institute’s corrective action process.
▪ Participate in validation and moderation activities meetings to review training assessment processes.
▪ Assist the quality assurance team in implementing improvements to meet compliance requirements.
▪ Provide content design advice for website redesign and support content migration.
▪ Work with UX design team, contribute content design to the development of prototypes for the new design system.
▪ Conduct an audit of current web content, developing a content roadmap and manage content migration process.
▪ Assist the quality assurance team with internal and external audits, including rectification plans, as required.
▪ Utilise Totara-portal (LMS), and Salesforce (CRM) resources to coordinate e-learning and project activities.
▪ Ensure training material for qualifications on the scope of the college as per the training packages of qualifications.
▪ Utilise eLearning design tools storyline, rise, CS5 suite on projects to review and revise resources and documentation.
▪ Liaise and coordinate activities with subject matter expert’s and other departments.
▪ Provide feedback to the Senior Management on course participants, the course, staff, clients of the Institute.
▪ Provide support for the courses about developing learning materials and assessments, facilitating training and assessment.
