AIX: 

AIX LVM–creating volume groups, logical volumes, file systems, etc. managing file systems size. 

Lpar & VIO creation through HMC & installing VIOS & AIX os. 

AIX partition, partition profile creation and activating partitions. 

AIX installation on standalone machine trough CD/DVD. 

AIX installation on Lpar by creating media repository (VML) & virtual cd (optical) device through VIO.

Veritas: 

Worked on Veritas cluster 7.0 & 7.1 

Stop/Start cluster service on nodes. 

Veritas Cluster takes over from one node to another node i.e. local failover Monitoring Veritas cluster & resource groups status. 

Making resource group Online/offline. 

Clear fault on resource groups. 

Check Veritas logs at engine_A.log file. Monitoring VVR replication &troubleshoot if replication not happening. 

Changing Veritas replication protocol from UDP to TCP & viceversa. 

Enable/Disable of secondary logging for VVR replication. 

Check Replication status & pause, resume & resync the replication. 

Attach/detach of R-link. 

Add/remove disk in Veritas control. 

Checking disk in Veritas disk groups.

Shrinking the Lun from Storage to the already assigned Partition.

NetBackup Administration: 

Performed NBU client installations. 

Configured and managed backup systems. 

Worked with NetBackup versions 6.5, 7.6 & 8.2.

LINUX: 

Creation and Managing users/groups accounts like adding/removing user accounts, locking/unlocking user accounts, assigning passwords and permissions to users. 

Monitoring and managing disk space in LINUX. 

Creating file systems and partitions. 

Planning for job schedule & implementation through cron jobs. 

Sharing the files and directories using NFS & FTP. 

Implementing password less authentication using SSH. 

Installing LINUX packages using rpm,yum.
