• Writing software in Embedded C for 4W Exterior Lighting/ Acoustic (Electronic Horn) Applications.
• Testing code with as per requirements and release software to validation team.
• Resolving reported bugs and avoiding non-repetition of previous bugs.
• Perform Static code analysis using PC-Lint by following MISRA guidelines.
• Documentation of Software like preparation of Software Architecture Document (SAD), Preparation of flowcharts, State Machine Diagram, etc. Using Doxygen tool for Source code documentation.
• Visiting Plant/Customer location to resolve issues at vehicle level, Discussion and issue resolution with the help of relevant stakeholders.

12V/24V Electronic Horn,

4W Front Lighting (Animations, PO, DRL, Turn, Hazard Functionality).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Being a Functional Safety Engineer, perform Software Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (SFMEA), Dependent Failure Analysis (DFA), FFI
• Adhere to functional safety standard ISO26262 and follow ASPICE.
• Resolve Software issues assigned, Perform Smoke test and merge software to development branch.
• Products/Project Worked On: Functional Safety of Motorcycle project, Inverter Project.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design the hardware (Schematic, BoM preparation) considering reliability, cost and robust.
• Provide layout guidelines to PCB Designing Team.
• Programming the hardware by writing efficient and robust code with minimum bugs.
• Test the product with requirements and various compliances.
• Maintain the complete, correct and updated documentation of the project.
• Taking follow up with purchase team for timely delivery of components.

AIS140 based VTS Device: This product was containing special features like Vehicle tracking, On Board Diagnosis (OBD), Ignition, AC ON/OFF monitoring, Theft detection, driver behavior analysis, Firmware over the Air (FOTA) etc
