• Documenting the Feature List, User stories, scope document and testing artifacts to convey business requirements to the Partner systems and Clients

• Collaborating with processing Team working on pilot projects and external clients for issues encountered on Traydstream platform and documenting it in BRD
• Conduct system testing and work on the issues and recommendations on OCR, UI Interface standardization and Workflow enhancements

• Analyzing business processes and evaluating the scope of automation
• Driving process walkthrough calls with Global teams
• Collating the Process information and converting it in structured format like as-is and to-be Flow, Target Process Path, User Stories etc
• For easy reference
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as Quality Analyst, Project Manager, Tech Partners, Change Manager etc
• To explain the process in order to complete test cases and Business Scenario Matrix
• Managing end to end Cross Border Data Clearance for RPA Initiatives
• Reporting, Tracking of Automation Projects in Jira, and getting it completed from the Stakeholders.

• Analysis of the Imports/ Exports (Under LCs) and International Guarantee transaction related issues reported by Trade Back office (IBM India Pvt Ltd.) and BNP Paribas Branches across the world
• Tracking and handling system issues related to Trade Operations for all the sites and following up with respective teams for quick resolution
• Coordinating with other teams in BNP Paribas ISPL for Administration activities and resolution of the Trade transactions related issues.

• Scrutinizing the Exports bills under various schemes - Collection, Advance, Discounting, Purchasing etc
• RTGS, Pre-shipment and Post-shipment Financing
• Scrutiny of Exports Documents under Letter of Credit in accordance with Uniform Customs and Practices for Documentary Credits 600
• Handling different swift messages including claims.

· Documentation of import and export transactions such as outward remittance, advance payment, direct payment, Delivery Order etc.

· Collaborating with banks for documentation.
