Project 1: Global Trading and Execution Platform- Millenium

Role: End-to-end delivery lead for a system that creates an order, slices and routes in a real time market data processing. Platform provides execution management and trade lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Executed end-to-end project lifecycle including Discovery, SOW/MSA creation, project planning, execution scheduling, and milestone-based delivery.
• Facilitated Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment with sprint goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Managed a €3M budget and led a team of 28 engineers to successfully meet SFDR (Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation) deadlines.
• Proactively identified and resolved impediments, ensuring consistent achievement of sprint goals.

• Led the engineering team through the full SDLC using a Waterfall approach to successfully build and deliver the platform.
• Secured Gate 1 and Gate 2 approvals, ensuring compliance with governance and project execution standards.
