• Act as an advocate and leader in the strategic design process of transformation program, owning the overall Customer Experience/Digital Strategy, Transformation and execution.

• Validate project scope (Vision and Scope Document for Waterfall; Epic and Story back log for Agile) initiate, plan, and design work breakdown structure and KPI Metrics to draft appropriate governance structures aligned with the client stakeholders, goals and objectives while including our internal engagement teams.
• Operate day to day program and portfolio structures, creating complex work-plans, often with multiple workstreams to track milestones, tasks, and overall program performance to include predecessors and dependencies with the ability to hold team members accountable for adhering to the defined work-plans.
