• Drove platform-wide Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals optimization across NM and BG — achieving sub-0.1 CLS (75% improvement) among multiple metric improvements through rendering stabilization, layout shift elimination, and asset loading optimizations.
• Led React upgrade from v16 → v18 → v19, owning migration planning and story creation for team delegation; drove parallel test modernization from Enzyme to React Testing Library across the codebase.
• Migrated Node.js AWS Lambda services from AWS SDK v2 to v3 and upgraded runtimes to Node.js 20.x, improving
  cold-start performance, security compliance, and bundle efficiency.
• Integrated GRS-powered discovery services and implemented multi-level category navigation, improving product retrieval accuracy and merchandising flexibility across customer browse journeys.

Analytics & Tag Management Platform

• Co-developed migration of enterprise analytics from client-side to server-side tag management using Tealium
  EventStream — migrating hundreds of tags and extensions across NM and BG web, iOS, and Android platforms while
  preserving Adobe Analytics reporting consistency.
• Designed analytics frameworks supporting customer journey measurement, search analytics, recommendation
  attribution, and business reporting across luxury retail brands.
• Integrated and governed third-party marketing platforms including Google Ads and Spotify via Tealium EventStream
  and AudienceStream.
• Designed and maintained data-layer integrations and tracking standards enabling scalable analytics collection across web and mobile applications.

Rediker (School Management Platform)

• Engineered full-stack school management capabilities using React.js, Node.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Prisma, and
  Docker — supporting administration, payments, and reporting for district-scale educational operations.
• Designed and optimized APIs, payment workflows, and multi-tenant reporting modules supporting complex
  administrative requirements.
• Implemented automated test coverage using Jest and React Testing Library; configured CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker for streamlined deployment workflows.

Swaggie (Workforce Matching Platform)

• Led a team of 3 engineers to architect and deliver a workforce matching platform using Angular, Node.js, and REST-based
  microservices — from system design through production deployment.
• Integrated third-party geolocation services and automated job ingestion pipelines using CSV-driven data seeding scripts to support platform scale.
• Architected RESTful service contracts and backend matching logic supporting real-time availability matching and location-based job discovery.

Eldermark (Healthcare Management Platform)

• Delivered healthcare management platform features using React.js, Node.js, GraphQL, RabbitMQ, Apollo Client, and
  Express.js across the full SDLC.
• Built reusable frontend component architecture and event-driven backend workflows using RabbitMQ for asynchronous processing and Apollo Client for state management.
