Department - Projects:

• Solely led a brownfield project for setting up a Cylinder Head Casting Manufacturing Facility, including end-to-end ownership from machine procurement to commissioning and trial runs. Procured and managed the installation of key equipment such as the Tower Furnace, Shot Blasting Machine, Core Shooter, Core Oven etc.
• Key contributor in two greenfield alloy wheel plant setups, responsible for procurement of machinery, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery and installation.
• Ensured all project milestones were completed on time, and as per plan.

BIS License & Compliances:

• Independently handled BIS license acquisition for: Craftsman Bhiwadi Unit, Craftsman Hosur Unit.
• Full responsibility for BIS activities, including: Managing the BIS portal, uploading required documentation, and submitting compliance forms; direct liaison with BIS officers for coordination and site inspections; handled product testing in compliance with IS 16192 at ICAT, Perficio, CIRT, and ARAI.

NPD:

• Successfully developed three alloy wheel models for TVS Motor Company.
• Currently leading the development of: 2 new alloy wheel models for TVS, and 2 alloy wheel models for Royal Enfield.
• Handling the development of Cylinder Heads for Hero MotoCorp across 100cc, 125cc, and 200cc engine platforms.
• Responsible for end-to-end customer coordination, including: Regular updates and technical discussions with OEMs (TVS, RE, Hero), managing customer visits, sample approvals, and feedback closures, and working closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met in terms of design, quality, and timeline.

Department - Planning & Forecasting (Parts & Accessories).

• Demand Planning: Doing monthly PTC activities (releasing plans to vendors) on time.
• Reviewing the forecast & making modification as per the requirements.
• Timely release of rolling forecast of more than 90,000 SKUs to VENDORS & INH/EDC/SPD.
• Inventory Control & Planning: Maintaining inventory at optimum level at 7 separate warehouses pan India by reducing vintage stock, cancelling excess DIs & doing safety stock review.
• Making inventory report to track the inventory status.
• Maintaining proper liquidation of slow-moving parts from stock.
• Scheduling Procurement & Customer Ordering: Balancing DIs as per requirement, updating Beta days, Nagare Flags & VPU before releasing fortnite schedules.
• Procuring child-parts for KITs and continuously making sure the plan is being followed for Domestic as well as Export.
• Handling whole supply chain for Cross-Doc parts PAN INDIA & ensuring minimum parts are in backorder.
• Maintaining service ratio of >82% in Export.

Department - Projects

• To track die status & ensure that the time plan is being followed.
• To cooperate and communicate effectively with project owners and other project participants to provide technical support.
• To coordinate with various departments, including design, turning, EDM, manufacturing and assembly teams, to ensure project goals are met.
• Full time experience in Inventory management, MRP, WIP. Continuously maintaining inventory - STD parts, RM, Consumables etc. by communicating with suppliers.
• To ensure PRs & POs are raised & approved on time for all the parts, create routing & do the consumption of all materials (RM & STD parts) used in production, arrange mover order number & do move order transaction for movement of Dies & spare parts across the units smoothly, create OSP documents & for outsourcing of dies & it parts for HT & Trial, using ERP-ORACLE.
• Implemented New Software (CAD Macpro) in Tool room for Project planning, project tracking, process planning for timely delivery of dies.
• Also completed projects on - Optimization of FLYWHEEL HOUSING processes, Line balancing & Standardization.
• Department - Operations

• Responsible for helping TPO in planning and inviting companies in the college for the recruitment of the students.
• Supervise the placement cell team running in the college and ensure they work in harmony and keep themselves involved.

• Responsible for smooth running of NGO.
• To make sure every student is attained by the teacher.

• To organize various social activities for the welfare of society.
• Responsible for helping the Rotaract team in organizing different events.
• To monitor club trends to help identify strength and areas of improvements and share this information with the team.
