  • Liaising with the Risk Agencies to decide on the risks involved in the processes
  • Conducting life insurance underwriting quality reviews / audits for entire underwriting team and to update the management about grant & recommendations for limits
  • Conducting audits on various Risk parameters like Geographical location, profile of clients, high risk products, business sourcing channels, etc.

IT Projects & UAT

  • Supported in designing the validations necessary for straight through processing of the cases through the system (Life Asia/ BPMS)
  • Updating manuals and resource tools related to operations, as well as life underwriting risk rules, guidelines and procedures on Official websites(Intranet)
