- Maintained the MIS of costs incurred for outsourced deliveries and packing materials.
- I had the company sign with Porter Delivery as an enterprise account, wherein the payment terms were converted to postpaid, and the cash reconciliations and reimbursements to the finance team were avoided.
- Managed the BFIL account (INDUS IND) as a CRM for the deliveries in Karnataka State.
- Invoice generation, inputs to the Procurement team based on the orders conversion, is a daily standard process.
- Secondary OTP collection from the client's regional team is based on the submission of delivered orders, PODs, for the primary OTP failure cases, and closing the delivered status on a day-to-day basis.
- Aliasing with the warehouse team and identifying the ground-level issues to seek an extension in the date for deliveries with the client.
- Raising the revoke requests to clients for the orders that are delivered to customers after the cancellation in the system.
