  • Description of Project handled at Broadridge Financial:
  • Basically, it is a U.S process dealing with Issuer Communications by filing client Financial Statements on U.S Securities Exchange Commission, it deals with the Annual Quarterly & Yearly reports of Client Companies.
  • Analyzing financial statements as per the U.S GAAP regulations & SEC regulations to prepare the statements to be filed by the clients directly or filed on behalf of the clients.
  • Major clients are Toronto Dominion, Bank, Royal Bank of Canada, Apple Inc, JP Morgan Chase, Mercedes etc., wherein we handle conversion of forms ranging from 8-k, 10-Q, 10-K, 424B2, 485BPOS form 13F-HR, 3,4,D to prospectus of the company and stock owner ship.

  • Working with Houston & New York Edgar Filings & Typesetting teams.
  • Working closely with counter parts & team in India to ensure effective Service Delivery as per agreed SLA(Service Level Agreement) & periodic review.
