  • Proactively responsible in the recovery of overdue’ s, if any, following up on Invoices, owing to internal and external clients and maintaining a close relationship with Sodexo Finance team to ensure all suppliers and contractor payments are managed effectively.
  • Manage, mentor and maintain a strong working relationship with the Business Development & Operational Teams, help wherever and whenever required.
  • Liaising with team to ensure alignment with the business goals and vision of Sodexo.
  • Ensuring quality of work by adhering to Sodexo service standards.
  • Drive the Monthly MOM with agenda with client and sharing the action plan for closure with timelines.
  • Safety walk is done throughout the site and following audit process outlined as per Sodexo Standards likewise QHSE & maintaining Score of sites with an action plan if required.
  • Ensuring the team follows the Golden rule tracker each day along with and 3 safety checks which should be diligently followed by each employee of Sodexo.
  • Ensuring CSM (Consumer Service Management) is followed with Positive approach & catering as per requirement of clients.
  • Managing BPR (Business Process Reengineering) diligently to achieve productivity, process Cycle & maintaining Quality of Services with Client Satisfaction.
