Deal Review Team -

• Managing term sheet assessments against Risk Management Systems for exotic products, including RDK and WRA, with checklist creation.

Marketing Support Controls Team -

• Acquired proficiency in various areas, achieving mastery over 70% of responsibilities in one year.
• Trading book creation, Global Payment System (GPS) setup—which is a platform that offers clients more control and visibility over their global account payments—also supports ACH (Automated Clearing House) and Commission Setup for JPMorgan Brokers.
• Executed comprehensive regional blotter checks, comparing trade recaps with RMS, and coordinating with the Middle Office to amend discrepancies in RMS.
• Validated transactions through Broker Confirmation Task.
• Reporting of I sample data for middle office comment management.
• Supervised query management files, escalating T+5 transactions for prompt resolution.
• Prepared routine KPI report summaries, providing insight and visibility for top management.

Legal Drafting Team -

• Raised 33 JIRA tickets for template enhancement, which helped in straight-through processing of documents as per client needs.
• Automation - Basket Swap Annex Creation - Helps create the whole annex without errors, saving 20 minutes per draft.
• Validating, analyzing, and reconciling a sample of derivative contracts entered into RMS and Document for leading investment banks, checking on economic details, ISDA, and MCA, followed by raising queries.
• Drafting of paper confirmation for equity swap and option strategies, and ensuring correct economics from the risk booking system and language from ISDA/MCA/templates are included in the confirmation.
• Specialized in the creation of accurate and tailored basket swap documents, with extensive knowledge of early termination and rights of substitution languages, and an in-depth understanding of the template.
• Drafting for the exotic product Rainbow Knockout to help the overall team.
• Building and sustaining strong co-working relationships with Middle, Front, Legal, and Affirmation groups.
• Ensuring that all client queries are investigated and resolved in a timely manner, while understanding and ensuring compliance with Legal, Risk, and control requests.
• Identifying process improvements and efficiency opportunities in daily workflow.

• Implemented two formula sheets cutting down investigation and solving time by about 35 minutes for each fund.
• Worked closely with clients across Chennai, the United Kingdom, KOP and Singapore to address report-related email inquiries.
• There used to be 35 fund reports for every month, which consisted of all the data related to a fund that I provided, break resolution.
• Creating dashboards and MIS reports, month on month, for a better understanding of total KPIs.
• Generating and reconciling PDF reports consisting of country-wise diversification of trades, along with bank statements, and delivering them to the IRP.
• Executed fund valuations for 32 portfolios encompassing cash flow and outstanding trades tied to market value.

• Company Overview: A RBI-registered co-operative bank that deals in retail banking.
• Communicating and doing the sales of savings accounts, current accounts, and overdrafts for an average of 11 accounts per month, then promoted to clearing cheques and posting receivables and payables of cash.
• RTGS and NEFT posting and validations in the bank servers of Kotak Bank, and coordinating the same with customers.
• Generated an average of 7% in loans and advances; the disbursement of loans completed was 4 on average.
• Safe keeping of a cashier’s desk for three months included handling large sums of money payable and receivable; also, depository duties were handled.
