Automatic recirculating valve, To use before boiler feed pump, the pump requires minimum flow through it at all times, automatic recirculating valve helps to keep the minimum flow at required conditions and switch back to normal flow automatically. Worked in critical machining of the bypass section of the valve. Rotary high thrust actuator, For Rotary valves - butterfly and ball valve a high torque actuator which can give tight shutoff using scotch yoke mechanism and give high rangeability. Worked on production plan for its machining. Surface finish changes in globe valves, Worked in revising surface finish in gasket area based on ASME B16.34 to improve leakage resistance. And achieving the required surface finish using CNC VTL.
