- As a Design Lead, my role involves working closely with clients to understand their specific design requirements, execute all tasks efficiently with the support of internal design team, and ensure high-quality results within specified timelines.
- Key Responsibilities:
- O Recruit and train new team members based on project specific requirements.
- O Engage with clients daily to understand their needs and provide seamless support.
- O Review and ensure high-quality work from team members.
- O Collaborate with project managers to create compelling pitch decks for client presentations.
- O Work with the in-house team to produce quality deliverables (videos, emailers, print collaterals) for various events.
