Working as "Project manager- Implementation" and specialized in planning of the project which I am responsible for, starting from requirements gathering to production delivery and Post Live delivery support.

Project Management and Coordination

• Oversee Full Project Lifecycle: Manage project development from initiation to completion.
• Program Increment (PI) Planning: Participate in quarterly PI Planning meetings with customers (Product Owners), reviewing and prioritizing feature and story-level requirements.
• Dependency and Impact Analysis: Identify and discuss dependencies (e.g., integrations) and impacts on existing systems, finalizing backlog priorities based on customer ranking.
• Effort and Cost Estimation: Provide effort and cost estimates for prioritized requirements, finalizing the scope of work according to allocated resources.
• Scope Management: Coordinate with the BA team to ensure scope approvals before development initiation, tracking scope analysis of requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure UAT and live deployments are of high quality and adhere to agreed schedules with the customer.
• UAT Demos and Feedback: Conduct UAT demos with the BA team, gather feedback from business users, and implement minor feedback changes within the current schedule or move significant changes to the next planned delivery.
• Release Documentation: Share release artifacts and relevant documents (e.g., release notes, user guides, master documents, certificates of acceptance) with customers after UAT and live deliveries.

Communication and Reporting

• Daily Standup's: Conduct daily standup's with customers (PO) and super business users to update development progress and discuss open points related to the current delivery plan.
• Internal Team Coordination: Hold daily standup's with the internal project team to track analysis and development progress, ensuring adherence to the agreed design and scope of work.
• Weekly Status Updates: Send weekly project status updates to the leadership team, including development progress, risks/issues, purchase order status, and budget consumption.
• Product Roadmap Meetings: Attend monthly product roadmap meetings to gather information on upcoming features and discuss customer requirements tagged as product improvements or out-of-the-box features.

Strategic Planning and Support

• Product Upgrades: Plan and coordinate product version upgrades with the product and implementation teams, obtaining customer approval for deployment execution.
• Backlog Management: Maintain sufficient backlogs for upcoming releases/quarters and manage requirement analysis to prepare the development team for future items.
• Stakeholder Meetings: Schedule account-level meetings with stakeholders from both customer and leadership teams to discuss overall project health, product roadmap, and future customer expectations.
• Annual Workshops: Conduct onsite workshops at the beginning of the year to discuss challenges, expectations, and budget allocations for the upcoming year.
• Post-Live Support: Ensure post-live delivery support tickets are resolved according to agreed SLAs, conducting weekly support meetings to review ticket progress with the customer.
