• Provide strong issue log analysis & fix for customer smartphones & International operators like Japan: NTT Docomo, Softbank, KDDI: USA-Verizon, AT&T:UK operators. • Perform issue reproduction for Qualcomm 5G/LTE/3G/2G supported smartphone Modem in
Lab environment.
• Perform RCA of Qualcomm logs using QXDM, QCAT, Wireshark.
• Create lab environment for issue reproduction on product/modem using System Simulator

• Testing on the devices using Network simulators like Anritsu, RNS & TBS (Testing Base Station).
• Configuring the RNS & Anritsu according to various test plans.
• Testing both Manual and Automation performance of device, such as Call Performance, Throughput values, Network response time and Network acquire time in different types of network conditions like Good coverage,Mixed and Poor coverage and comparing the result with Reference device.
• Preparing the new PL's or chipset for testing through build upgradation procedure Followed by QCNs and ADB commands.
• Converting one chipset into different modes (DSDS/SS) by ADB commands & NV Items in QXDM according to testing plan.
