¨ Project: NBN- N2P Australia - Year 2020 to till date

¨ Clients: FULTON HOGAN (FH), SERVICE STREAM (SS), LENDLEASE (LL), VENTIA

The objective of the project is to build a fiber network (FTTP) from the Node to the Premises (N2P). The project involves in the planning and designing of FTTP network satisfying the GPON ratio by following the Universal Fiber Architecture (UFA) of NBN Australia.

• Produce maps to carry construction activities for the various regions/state like SA, WA, VIC, ACT and NSW etc.
• Creating Maps for the all three phases of the Design and Construction, i.e., Initial Detailed Design (IDD), Uplift-Detailed Design (UDD) and As-built Design (ADD).
• Preparing Scoping plan & Construction plan to meet the client requirements.
• Adopting optimization rule that will take better route & reduce costs to undergo construction activities.
• Analyzed redline documents and incorporated IFDV changes into FTTP network designs

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handled QC & QA tasks for the large scale projects for major clients across Australia and USA.
• Tracking all jobs status & preparing schedule for smooth deliveries to the clients.
• Engaging with the client to run the delivery process smoothly.
• Engaging & coordinating with the team to share the knowledge and guide them to achieve better quality.

• Played a key role in developing a comprehensive master plan for Gigabit Passive Optical Network, contributing to the success of Telstra and NBN Optical networks.
• Experienced in all phases of FTTP Planning and Designing like IDD, UIDD, UDD, ADD, Scoping Plan and Construction Plan.
• Experienced Quality analyst in validating all phases of N2P project designs.
• Production Team leading and supporting as Acting Subject Matter Expert.
• Hands-on experience in GIS Software's like Mapinfo, AutoCAD and QGIS, Ms-suites.
• Expert in deliverables creation like Splice Joint Records, Straight Line diagram, Field Inspection Reports and Device Register as per client requirements.
• Work Planning and work allotment after verifying all the inputs from client.
• Project tool development and time reducing method suggestions.
