• Projects currently handling in Yokogawa India Ltd, ADNOC Gas (AGP) HMI UPGRADE PROJECT as VIRTUALIZATION in Habshan-1/3/5, ASAB-2 and Ruwais Refinery Sites.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Attending Technical Clarification meetings with End user/Consultant
• Raising Technical Queries (TQ) and RFI (Request for Information) before design development
• Resource calculation for all Virtual Machines (VM) in each Host Servers and Cluster design as per Project Requirement
• Host servers will be configured and created for all the Clusters based on the Design
• Virtual machines (VM) will be created via Hyper-V inside the Host as per Resource Calculation
• Live Migration and Failover will be configured within Cluster
• Configuration of Storage servers and Thin clients for the VM storage and Remote Desktop connectivity respectively
• Conducting Pre-FAT, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and I-FAT (Integrated Factory Acceptance Test)
• Successfully migrated to Virtualization system in the running plant without shutdown and completion of SAT

• Projects Handled as Assistant Manager in EEEC, Nashik
• Qatar Gas (QG operating Company Ltd) NORTH FIELD EXPANSION PROJECT, Jetty Boil off Gas and Loading Tank Expansion, Brown Field Project.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Interaction with clients to understand their process specific requirements by KOM (Kick off Meeting) to execute the projects accordingly
• Design of detailed System Architecture and Network Architecture for DCS System
• Preparation of RFQ and Technical evaluation for in-house and third-party materials
• Development of Project I/O Database based on the IO List received
• Submission and Approval of Projects documents as per MDL from customer and Preparing As Shipped and As Built Documents once FAT/SAT Completed
• Preparing and Conducting Prototype test for Typical Cabinets & Logics
• Getting approval for detailed design
• Preparation of Execution Schedule and Method statement for Commissioning and Maintenance activities
• Integration of DCS Hardware and Cabinet in factory setup as per the System Architecture
• Conducting Pre-FAT, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and I-FAT (Integrated Factory Acceptance Test)

• Attending Technical Clarification meetings with End user/Consultant
• Package reviews and quality audits for corrections, improvements and closeout
• Preparing Functional Design specification (FDS) and Conducting Prototype test for Typical Logics and getting approval for detailed design
• Identifying Typical Loops from P&ID with final IO List and Generation of those typical by System Tool as Mass Generation
• Complex Logic Generation with Process Control Narrative (PCN) and Inter Logic Diagram
• Graphics Development with final Approved P&ID

• Installation and Configuration of Server, Historian, Operator Station as per the System Architecture and OS Requirement
• Integration of DCS Hardware and Cabinet in factory setup as per the System Architecture
• Configuration of System Network through Switches (Cisco and Hirschmann) and Routers
• Network Time Synchronization with Global Positioning System (GPS)
• Conducting Pre-FAT, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and I-FAT (Integrated Factory Acceptance Test)

• To evaluate Manpower requirement for preventive & shut down activity on daily basis and preparing job schedule
