Job Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for planning, coordination and vendor management for globally & locally purchased items.
• Floating techno-commercial enquiry to both global suppliers ( France,Spain,Japan,Belgium Germany etc) and domestic suppliers , Commercial proposal creation, Vendor selection and negotiation , order finalization in close co-ordination with project and arranging approval from Management, Issuance of LOA/PO, arranging technical documents approval ,issuance of Dispatch clearance and releasing the payment to supplier as per agreed terms.
• Arranging documents as per contract to develop the vendor source for achieving cost effective procurement of all the materials and reduction in delivery time.
• Strategically planning and managing logistics operation as per contract.
• Organize the Inspection in overseas and in India with close co-ordination of Employer, Engineer & Inspecting agency as per the approved Inspection Test Plan(ITP).
• Complete Monitoring & arranging the approval of suppliers drawings, Inspection test plan (ITP), GTP and QAP from Technical team and Client and arrange the approvals from client.
• Actively participate in project progress meeting to provide procurement market and preferred supplier information at early stage to optimize supplier selection, internal workflows, and processes.
• Actively listened to customers, handled concerns quickly and escalated major issues to supervisor

Project Handled:-

(i) Western Dedicated Freight Corridor CTP-14 Project (Rewari to Dadri Section -128 KM), which is first integrated Railway project of L&T and forms a link between EDFC & WDFC. Total Project cost is 4200 Cr.

Major items Procured till time:-
(i) OHE Materials- Copper conductors (Contact ,centenary,dropper , jumpers) ,HDG Structure steel( Mast,Portals,SPS) ,Centiliters fittings (ferrous &non-ferrous, Forged ), Insulators ,SS & GI fasteners, GI Tubes ,Automatic tension device(ATD) ,Counter weight etc. and

(ii) Traction Sub-Substation (TSS) 220KV/25KV & Switching stations Equipment (SP/SSP) materials -
Power Transformers & Distribution transformer, Aluminum conductor -(AAAC,ACSR), 220KV/66KV/25KV Circuit breaker, HT & LT Switchgear ,HT & LT cables , Current transformer ,Potential transformer, LA, Isolators ,C&R Panels etc.

(iii) Finalization the sub-contract of all equipment installation for TSS,SP,SSP.

(iv) Finalization of RMC of different grade- M15,M20,M25,M30 as per the design mix for the different type of execution works.

Job Responsibilities: -

• Procurement of Railway OHE Items, Traction Sub- Substation (TSS) & Switching stations Equipment(SP/SSP).
• Negotiations with the vendors and monitoring material flow as per the requirements & monthly revenue plan.
• Providing RITES documents like SOR, Nomination letter, LOA and inspection fee to supplier in order to raise inspection call.

(ii) CORE Gr-178 Andhra Pradesh Railway Electrification-266TKM.(iii)PGCIL-Satara-Miraj-Kolhapur section- 384 TKM.

(iv)CORE- Gr-187 Gujarat-Railway Electrification-201TKM.

(v)CORE- Trichy Gr.211- 359 TKM.

• Costing & analysis of raw material, processes, Finishing & margins.
• Timely raising purchase requisition, purchase order to vendors & delivery follow up.
• Procurement of project materials like Distribution and, Power Cable, LT Cable, LT Panel, Distribution Board, Conductors, Insulators, Isolators, Meters, Poles, UPS, Clamp & Connectors, Tower Material, Structure, Metering Cubicles, LT Distribution Box, BPL Kit, GI Structure and Substation material etc

(ii) 220 KV Transmission Line Dumka Jharkhand (140 Crore)

Job Responsibilities:-

• Floatation of RFQ (Request for Quotation), vendor follow up, creation of CBA (Comparative Bid Analysis) with respect to bidder's commercial offer, Rate Contract (RC).
• Procurement of Power & Distribution transformer, Power cables ,Control cable, Switchgear ,Cable accessories like Glands & Lugs ,End termination kits, Jointing kits, Earthing Materials, Power Distribution board, 33KV CT & PT , Isolators , 2000A ACB Panel etc

(i) 86 MW Wind Farm Ratlam,

(ii) 33/220kV Grid Substation for 200MW Wind Farm, Amraili, Gujarat

(iii) 400 MW wind farms in Dangri,Rajasthan.
